By default goods will be delivered using a pallet courier network, however there may be instances where it is delivered on our own transport but only if it is convenient for us to do so (i.e. we are passing the area). Description

Mechanical Installation Fuel Transfer Equipment (2 appliances) – SER.MECH-2

This service is arranged and overseen by Atlantis Tanks before delivery of the tank. It relates to the mechanical installation of a two accessories (appliances). This would include the fitting of both a fuel pump and a fuel conditioning equipment in tandem within the confines of the tank compartment.

Benefits

Our service saves time for clients by pre-installing a 2 key accessories such as a duplex pump set AND a fuel polisher prior to delivery. Power generation projects are usually quite complex so our service eliminates a key project management stage for clients.

Service Features

Mechanical installation of 2 appliances inside the tank compartment includes:

  • Mechanical fitting of equipment to tank, pressure testing and factory commissioning included, testing and commissioning certification provided.
  • Backplate for pump/polisher control panels, Unistrut fixings, flexible connections to tank and 1” valves on pump suction/polisher suction and return tank connections are included in the price.
  • The standard mechanical installation includes wiring of the pumps/flow switch and float switch to the associated pump/polisher control panel inside the compartment.

When only one appliance is fitted, choose this service variant instead: SER.MECH-1.

Please note –  Permanent power to all equipment and isolators, distribution board, compartment lights, outlet sockets etc are to be installed and commissioned by the client. Alternatively, our separate Electrical Installation Service might be selected as an additional purchase option.

When the urgent need arises for a next day delivery, you can count on us! If our own transport is not available to provide this, we will use a third party carrier service to ensure your order is delivered next day through the UK mainland. Orders must be placed before 12pm to achieve this
