What Does it Do Best?
Two-in-One – This unique tank stores and dispenses both diesel fuel and AdBlue to vehicles and machinery on your commercial, agricultural or government premises.
Saves space – This above-ground tank also saves space in your yard by combining two tanks into one storage system.
Saves time – The new tank can improve productivity by refuelling your vehicles fast and safely with a twin dispensing system. This means that you can fill up your vehicle’s diesel tank at 72 litres per minute. The built-in AdBlue dispenser pumps at a maximum of 35 litres per minute.
UV-Resistant – The tank is made from polyethylene with additives to ensure strength, durability and increased protection from the sun’s harmful UV radiation.
Long life – With proper installation and reasonable care, this tank has a long service life with very little or no maintenance required.
About The Tank and Bund
This bunded tank is two tanks within a tank. The outer tank provides protection for both inner tanks making it harder for them to fail. In the unlikely event of either inner tank failing, the outer tank will provide secondary containment. A bund is a passive safety structure that prevents leaks from harming our environment.
Diesel is stored in the primary or inner tank and the outer tank forms the required bund. The bund has a capacity 110% of the diesel tank’s 7500 litre capacity and the AdBlue’s 2000 litre size. This means that the common bunded volume with this system is 10,450 litres minimum.
The inner tank dedicated for diesel fuel is suitable for the storage of Gas Oil & Derv (Red Diesel or White Diesel).
AdBlue is stored separately in an additional internal tank designed to hold 2000 litres.
Compliance:
This tank complies with: Oil Pollution Prevention Guidelines (England & Wales) 2002 PPG2 and carries CE approval (The CE number is present on the tank). As a result, this tank complies with current environmental standards.
