Compact Filter
The 3P Compact Filter is ideal where there is little room and no height difference available between inlet and outlet. It can be installed within rainwater tanks.
The 3P Compact Filter is ideally suited for use in conjunction with a 3P Overflow Siphon and the 3P Calmed Inlet. The 3P Back Washing Device is also recommended for using with this filter.
Low maintenance, self cleaning, depending on the level of solids in the incoming rainwater.
The filtered water can be used for domestic purposes (in washing machines, toilet flushing) for garden irrigation; it is also suitable for using in commercial and public buildings and within the industry sector
- Connection capacity for roof areas up to 150 m²
- All connections DN 100 (110mm OD).
- No height difference between inlet and outlet.
- Mesh size of filter cartridge 0.7 x 1.7 mm.
How it works:
- Rainwater flows onto the filter cartridge.
- The filter cartridge cleans the rainwater. The cleaned rainwater flows through the calmed flow inlet into the rainwater tank.
- Because of the smooth surface structure of the filter the dirt is quickly rinsed away into the sewer.
ADVICE:
Due to the horizontal position of the filter cartridge, the filter gets dirty more rapidly than a filter cartridge with steep inclination. So we recommend using the 3P Back-washing Device and regular cleaning with detergent and brush in order to degrease the filter sieve. If you wish to use the cleaned water inside the home the back washing device is essential.
