We take great pride in the service we offer to you and we are confident you will enjoy an amazing experience every time you order from us. To begin with, we have at least a 96% success rate on our deliveries and we aim for every delivery to be fast and easy as possible for you. In short, we strive to follow the OTIF rule (On Time – In Full). We operate our own specially designed 3.5t delivery vehicles and apart from exceptional circumstances your order will be delivered on such, and by our own drivers, who take pride in their work!
We don’t just deliver tanks; we deliver the service and solutions surrounding them! Occasionally your requirements might be exceptional, and in such cases, we would strongly encourage you to discuss these with our sales team prior to ordering where we will do all that is necessary to achieve.
Our standard delivery service offers a 2-5 day service. We always aim to deliver using our own transport but may sometimes use a third party carrier should circumstances dictate. This is a kerbside delivery service and includes offload;

For our smaller items, a third party parcel service is used. Goods are wrapped and dispatched the same day and sent on a next day service. Orders must be received before 1pm for same day dispatch.

If items are shown as missing on your delivery document, this means they were not available from stock at the time the order was despatched. These will be forwarded to you as soon as the items are in stock. You will not be charged any additional carriage. If you wish to cancel these missing items, contact us at [email protected] to arrange the correct refund. Please use your order reference in any communication.
Orders can be delivered up to 5.30 pm Mon-Fri for businesses and up to 7.30 pm for residential premises. Orders need to be received by 12 pm for a guaranteed next day delivery and timed service. Please bear in mind, your order will be delivered by a third party courier. You receive an email confirmation when goods are despatched. This enables you to track your order online.
Goods are shipped via a courier. Orders received by 12 pm are despatched the same day wherever possible (excludes goods despatched on a pallet). Requests to leave goods as ‘unsigned’ must be made at the time of ordering. Any such requests are on the basis that the customer accepts liability. If you have any special delivery instructions, please state these at the time of ordering. Goods may be delivered to a different address to your invoice address as long as such requests are made at the time of ordering. Redirection requests made once the goods have been despatched may incur a charge.

This zone includes all parts of the UK not defined in zone 2. For orders placed before 12 pm, goods despatched to this area via our couriers should be with you the next business day wherever possible.
If the total order value* is £295.00 or greater, the order is shipped free-of-charge. If the total order value* is less than £295.00, the delivery charge will be £9.95. *Total order value exclusive of carriage and VAT. Excludes UPP Pipe
12B. Zone 2: Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles and The Isle of Man

For total weights less than 30 Kgs, the delivery charge will be £18.00. For total weights over 30 Kgs, the delivery charge is on request. Excludes UPP Pipe

12C. Zone 3: EU (including Ireland) & Non-EU countries
This zone includes the Republic of Ireland, other EU member states and the rest of the world. All goods despatched to EU member states should be with you within 2-5 working days of the date of despatch from our premises. For other destinations, please email us for delivery times and costs at [email protected]
When your order has been despatched, you receive an email confirmation, with tracking option, which provides a delivery date and estimated time slot. If you have not received this email, your order has not been despatched yet. It may be that we are waiting for stock or payment has not been received. Please contact the sales office for updates at [email protected].
For smaller orders of accessories and such like, a parcel delivery service will be used as follows:
Our delivery service in principle extends to all corners of the UK. For the Standard Service, although in the main this is a no extra cost service, the following postcodes and restricted areas may however be subject to a relative surcharge. For the same postcodes and restricted areas, the standard service optional extras may also be subject to a price change as also the Next Day service ‘extra cost’ which may be increased and, in some cases, may not even be possible.
The affected postcodes are those that begin with the following: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, SA, TR, TQ. In addition to these postcodes, the following areas will also be subject to such additional charges and restrictions. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle Of Wight, Anglesey, Isles of Scilly, Western Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands.

For overseas requirements, our list of countries that we have supplied continues to grow and includes Falkland Islands, Dubai, South America, Channel Islands, France, Italy, Nigeria, Ascension Island and many more. If you have a requirement for goods to be shipped overseas, please contact us as soon as possible for us to arrange this for you.
To achieve the above service levels, orders must always be received no later than 12pm. Orders received after this time may be included in the following day’s dispatch. Orders can be delivered any time between 07:30 – 18:30 week days only (excluding bank holidays). If the standard service, optional extra, specific date & time service has been requested (where applicable), this will be completed within 1 hour each side of the specific time slot.
Orders of goods with collection, standard and next day services available are normally processed from stock. This however is subject to demand and availability and our normal terms & conditions of sale. Where these goods are not available from stock that would normally be so, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the opportunity to either wait until such lead time as will be advised or you can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours[v].

Whilst the Atlantis delivery service is very unique in that we normally deliver using small 3.5t flat bed vehicles equipped with a small HIAB, it is absolutely essential however that we are notified if your access is restricted. By restricted we mean that a normal bin lorry cannot normally access the vicinity of your property to empty rubbish bins.
Where your order is to be delivered via a third party courier, this is likely to be delivered on a larger vehicle equipped with a tail lift and so it is very important that we know of your specific requirements beforehand.
If we have to abort delivery due to not being able to access the property environs and this is because we have not been notified accordingly then you may be liable for any subsequent re-delivery costs.
The additional small HIAB crane service includes (where applicable) a small HIAB facility whereupon we can (a) offload the product and (b) in some instances, and where the location facilitates, we can HIAB the product onto a platform or base etc where you may require it. In such cases we may also be able to use a small trolley to assist in moving the tank to your desired location, the term restricted access would also here include features such as gravel drives, narrow gateways and steps. In addition, we are only able to offer this offload &/or HIAB service on plastic bunded tanks up to 3500 litres capacity and steel bunded tanks up to 2250 litres capacity. If we are not advised of such features beforehand, we cannot guarantee to complete the selected delivery service in full.
Time on site – under normal circumstances, and when using our Standard Service, we allocate up to 20 minutes time on site from arrival – to offload – to departure. If, you have requested a HIAB lift option to be added to your order then the available time on site will be increased to 1 hour. In both situations, if the time on site is extended due to no fault of our own then we reserve the right to charge this extra time at £55.00 per hour or part thereof after the first allotted time period.
We are pleased to confirm that unless otherwise notified, or if the product has an ex-works delivery service only, the product will be offloaded by ourselves.
What we do
What you do
Under normal circumstances you will be required to sign for the goods upon arrival. This signature is to testify that the goods have been delivered in full and have arrived in good condition. You have up to 20 minutes to inspect goods that are bulky and/or arrive by third party courier and up to 10 minutes to inspect smaller goods or parcels. Please ensure that you inspect the goods thoroughly before signing because after the goods have been accepted, we may be unable to accept any future claims. If you are not able to be present for the delivery and signature, we are able on request (and at your own risk) to deliver the goods without anyone present and/or without a signature. We will on this occasion take photographs showing where the product has been left. These can be emailed to you at your request. Other than that, there’s nothing else to do – sit back and enjoy the show!
Atlantis can collect your redundant tank if requested to do so. This service costs £58.00. The tank must be completely empty of oil, have a minimum 1” hole size drilled in the bottom and be easily accessible for our HIAB’s to lift. This service is for tanks up to and including a 2500 litre and can be either plastic or steel. If the above conditions are not met then we will be unable to complete this service.
Although we have an exceptional record of 96% success on our deliveries, every now and then, something can go wrong. We do not live in a perfect world and events can arise that are beyond our control. A tyre might get a puncture, there may be a road blockage, the vehicle might breakdown – many things can happen which cause the delivery to be exceptionally held up or even cancelled. In such cases, we will notify you immediately, keeping you informed along the way as to what is happening and how we are rectifying the situation. We will not accept liability for any consequential expenses or losses as a result of a failed delivery which is clearly beyond our control.
If a delivery is cancelled or fails due to ‘last minute’ and sudden changes from your side then we have the right to pass on any extra charges incurred as a result of these. By last minute, we mean changes made without a reasonable or fair time frame according to the specific circumstance.
If you are timing the delivery to coincide with an install and you have only selected the standard service, we strongly recommend you either have the product delivered the day previous or select the additional service options and select a date & time service (where applicable) accordingly.
