Imperium® Heating Oil Tank Top Fittings Plate (Large) Assembly | IMP.FPL-HOI

 

This Imperium® fittings plate is specifically designed to fit our Steel Bunded Imperium® Heating Oil Tanks of 1750 litres’ capacity or larger.

Imperium® heating oil tanks 1650 litres in size or smaller will need the small version of the same fittings plate

This fittings plate is a key component in our new, modular approach to steel bunded tank design which we call Imperium® Technology. The benefits of this new approach are explained here .

  • You can remove this fittings plate in a few minutes to reveal an inspection aperture and access to the inner tank and the bund. All other factors being equal, this will give you a longer lasting tank; a major plus point

  • Future-proof your tank by swapping between Imperium® fittings plates required for different usage categories. This is more sustainable than buying a whole new tank to store another liquid
  • Faster Delivery as we need to keep fewer tanks in stock to meet demand.

Why you might need this fitting plate

  • Replace a damaged fittings plate (unlikely but possible)
  • Change the use of your existing Imperium® tank to, say,  an Imperium® waste oil tank or a lube oil tank or a generator feed tank.

This is a real innovation in steel bunded storage. Our patent application is currently pending approval.

How to use:

  • Simply unbolt the existing fittings plate
  • Then bolt in your new fittings plate to change the use of your Imperium® tank
  • 5 minutes and you’re done.

We recommend that you call us before buying this fittings plate to ensure that proper consideration is given to possible, minor modifications to your tank and also to a selection of relevant gauges and accessories.

When the urgent need arises for a next day delivery, you can count on us! If our own transport is not available to provide this, we will use a third party carrier service to ensure your order is delivered next day through the UK mainland. Orders must be placed before 12pm to achieve this
