At the core of the depot installation is the 15,000-litre steel bunded diesel dispensing tank. Manufactured in full compliance with standards using high-grade structural steel, the tank incorporates internal structural bracing for long-term durability.

• Dimensional Profile: Outer tank measures L 4800mm × W 2000mm × H 2100mm (including support bearers).

• Capacity Profile: Brimful capacity of 15,131 litres, nominal capacity of 14,375 litres.

• 110% Secondary Containment: Integrated outer steel bund engineered with 110% fluid capacity relative to the inner storage vessel, guaranteeing total compliance with UK oil storage regulations.

• Front Security Cabinet: Built with a front-mounted, fully enclosed security cabinet featuring a lockable swing door for safe equipment housing.

• Custom High-Visibility Coating: Mechanically prepared to standards, treated with solvent-borne anti-corrosive primer (150 microns wet / 75 microns dry thickness), and finished in eye-catching Pure Orange.

• Integrated Safety Gear: Equipped with a pre-serviced powder fire extinguisher, 15-litre emergency spill kit, hydrostatic contents gauge, and a battery-powered overfill alarm.

Advanced Dispensing Equipment & Cloud Fuel Management

To enable rapid turnaround times during commercial fleet refuelling, the diesel system is equipped with industrial-grade pumping and digital monitoring hardware:

• High-Flow Fuel Delivery: 230V 72 LPM Piusi Panther diesel pump kit fitted with integrated water and particle filtration, automatic nozzle, and 6-metre delivery hose.

• Spring-Rewind Heavy-Duty Hose Reel: Sturdy steel-framed PIUSI automatic spring-rewind reel equipped with a 10m × 1″ delivery hose, adjustable arm brackets, and a 1.5m anti-static whip hose.

• Piusi K24 Digital Flow Meter: ATEX-approved IP65 digital flow meter with pulsed output, supporting flow rates up to 120 LPM for precise dispense tracking.

• Smart Telemetry & Fuel Management: Features the Pumptronics Fuel Management System with an integrated O.L.E. T5020 electronic tank gauge providing ±0.25% accuracy. The system delivers automated cloud-based fuel tracking, email low-stock alerts, and full commissioning support.

Dedicated On-Site AdBlue Dispensing Infrastructure

To support modern Euro VI diesel engines across the recovery fleet, Atlantis Tanks supplemented the main fuel hub with a dedicated 2,450-litre plastic AdBlue dispensing tank.

• Dimensional Profile: Measures L 2250mm × W 1450mm × H 1700mm with a lightweight dry weight of 220 kg.

• Clean Offloading & Monitoring: Features a 2″ Todo dry-break fill point, 4″ screw-cap inspection hatch, clock-face contents gauge, and a lockable outer bund lid.

• High-Efficiency Dispensing: 230V 34 LPM AdBlue pump kit featuring a 4m delivery hose, automatic shut-off nozzle, and a AdBlue digital flow meter.
