GT Access are the largest privately owned access company within the UK and have over 40 years of experience in the industry. They hire and sell powered access platforms, training and service plans for existing equipment.

Please describe the circumstances/challenge that made the installation necessary or beneficial?
With the use of red diesel being scrapped and the company growing we needed a safe and secure way of storing and monitoring the white diesel we keep and use across all of our sites. Rising costs are never welcome but this increase was significant and required an immediate solution that could take us forward as a company and provide a scalable option.
The fuel management systems provided by Atlantis Tanks offer features that we needed: an easy way to control fuel usage, monitor stocks and provide up to the minute information.
Has the installation provided a solution to the challenge? If so, what have been the benefits?
Yes, massively. We can now monitor all fuel used within the business, we insure recharges are accurate and monitor current market prices. This means savings for us as we can buy when the prices are low and we know we’re buying the right amount due to the way that the system monitors stocks and usage. It’s taken any guesswork out of the equation completely.
How did the installation go?
Very straight forward with technical help from Atlantis and Centre Tank. Any challenges were dealt with quickly and without any interruption to our workflows. The service we received from Atlantis Tanks was very professional and the customer service is spot on.

Dealing with Kieran at Atlantis was very easy and straightforward. For such a large order I was actually surprised at how smoothly it went, from production date updates all the way through to delivery of the tanks to our multiple sites. We’d not hesitate to use Atlantis Tanks again and were impressed with the quality of both the service and the installed system.
